What should I include in a first enquiry?
The event type, an indicative date or month, roughly how many people, the city or region you have in mind, and what you want the event to achieve. Anything missing is fine—we will ask.
We do not have a budget figure yet. Should we still get in touch?
Yes. A range is enough to start, and if you have no idea what something like this costs, that is a reasonable first question to put to us.
How quickly can you take on an event?
It depends on the format and the time of year. Tell us the date in your first message and we will say honestly whether we can do it justice.
Do you work outside India?
We are based in India and work across the country. We also handle destination events abroad for Indian clients, with local partners on the ground.
