Product launches built for the moment the room understands it.

A launch has one job: to make an audience grasp what is new, why it matters and what to do next. We plan the reveal, the demonstration and the room around that single job.

The reveal is easy. The understanding is the hard part.

Most launch events over-invest in the reveal and under-invest in the ten minutes afterwards, when people are deciding whether they actually understood the thing. We plan both—the theatre of the moment and the demonstrations, briefings and conversations that turn it into comprehension.

We work with brands, distributors and organisations across India on launches for media, trade audiences, channel partners and customers, in formats from a tight press briefing to a full customer showcase.

What launch support covers

  • Launch narrative, run of show and reveal choreography
  • Venue selection and staging built around sightlines and cameras
  • Demonstration zones, product handling and technical rehearsal
  • Media, analyst, dealer and customer invitation management
  • Press kits, spokesperson briefing and interview scheduling
  • Photography, videography and content capture coordination
  • Post-event follow-up material and coverage support

Built for the camera as well as the room

Much of a launch's reach comes from what is photographed, filmed and posted. We plan the stage, lighting and backdrop so the images work, and we agree the shot list before the day rather than hoping for it.

Rehearse the risky parts twice

Live demonstrations fail at the worst possible moment unless they are rehearsed on the actual stage, with the actual hardware and the actual connectivity. We schedule that time and protect it.

Before you ask

Questions we are asked most

Do you handle media invitations and PR?

We manage invitations, accreditation, on-site media handling, interview scheduling and press kit logistics. If you have a PR agency, we work alongside them; if you do not, we will be straight about where that gap needs filling.

Can you run a launch for both media and dealers on the same day?

Yes, usually as two distinct sessions with different content and pacing rather than one blended audience, which tends to serve neither well.

How long does a launch take to plan?

Six to ten weeks is comfortable for most launches. Anything with custom staging, imported product or a large travelling audience wants longer.

Do you arrange photography and video?

Yes, and we brief them against an agreed shot list so you have the assets you need for coverage and internal use.

Give the new thing a launch that makes people understand it.
