Virtual and hybrid events where the remote audience is not an afterthought.

Online attendees can leave at any moment and nobody will notice. We produce virtual and hybrid events with the pacing, picture quality and interaction needed to keep them in the room.

A hybrid event is two events. Plan it that way.

The most common hybrid mistake is pointing a camera at a physical event and calling it a stream. The remote audience gets a distant wide shot, inaudible questions from the floor and no way to take part—so they drift.

We treat the remote audience as a second room with its own run of show: its own host, its own pacing, its own interaction, and a picture and sound standard closer to broadcast than to a video call.

What virtual and hybrid production covers

  • Format design for both in-room and remote audiences
  • Platform selection, setup, registration and access control
  • Multi-camera capture, vision mixing, lighting and audio
  • Speaker onboarding, connection tests and remote support
  • Live moderation, Q&A, polls and audience interaction
  • Recording, editing and on-demand content packaging
  • Attendance, engagement and drop-off reporting

Rehearse the connection, not just the content

Most virtual failures are bandwidth, audio or permissions, and all three can be tested in advance. Every remote speaker gets a technical check on the setup they will actually use on the day.

Reporting you can act on

Virtual formats produce genuinely useful data: when people joined, when they left, which session held them. We set the tracking up beforehand so the numbers are there to compare next time.

Before you ask

Questions we are asked most

Which platform do you use?

Whichever suits the audience, the security requirements and the budget. We have delivered on mainstream webinar platforms, dedicated event platforms and straight to private streams, and we will recommend based on your case rather than a preferred vendor.

Can you stream from our own office or auditorium?

Yes, if the connectivity supports it. We survey the space and the network first, and we bring a backup connection for anything live.

Do you provide the recordings afterwards?

Yes, including edited session recordings, highlights and on-demand packaging where that is agreed in advance.

How many remote attendees can you support?

Capacity is a platform question rather than a production one, and we size it to your expected numbers with headroom. We will confirm limits in writing before you invite anyone.
