This policy explains what happens to the information you share with Aramo Events through this website. It is written to be read, not to be skipped.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry form we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, organisation, event type, indicative dates, location and the brief you write. We also record which page the enquiry came from, so we know what you were reading when you decided to write to us.
If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp instead, we hold whatever you choose to share in that message.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, to prepare a proposal, and to deliver an event if you go on to work with us. We do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.
How enquiries reach us
Enquiry forms on this site are delivered to our team by email through a third-party form delivery service. That service processes the submission in order to pass it on and is not permitted to use it for its own purposes. If form delivery is unavailable, the form falls back to opening your own email application so your message is never lost.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as it is commercially useful and as required for our records. You can ask us to delete your details at any time and we will do so, unless we are required to retain them for legal or accounting reasons.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may record the request in its server logs. If we add analytics in future, this page will be updated to say so before it goes live.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@aramoevents.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Security
Enquiries are transmitted over an encrypted connection and access to them is limited to the people who need it to answer you. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send confidential commercial documents through the enquiry form — email or a shared drive is safer for that.
