Proof, not promises

Work that earns its place in the room.

We measure success in more than a full room. It is what people remember, share, and do differently afterwards.

01 / National leadership summitConference

All eyes forward.

A two-day programme turned into a shared direction for 480 leaders from across the country. The brief was not “run a conference”—it was to get a leadership group that rarely meets into the same understanding of a difficult year.

  • Programme rebuilt around three decisions the group had to reach, not twelve topics somebody wanted covered
  • Speaker briefings and rehearsals so every session started and finished on time
  • Travel and accommodation for delegates arriving from multiple cities
  • A closing session designed to produce commitments rather than applause
02 / Learning in motionWorkshop

Make space to think.

Small-group learning with big-room energy, designed to make expertise travel across a distributed team. The subject matter was strong and the previous sessions had still felt flat—the format was doing the damage.

  • Theatre seating replaced with clustered tables and deliberate group sizes
  • Sessions shortened, with structured discussion built into each block
  • Facilitators briefed and rehearsed on the room they would actually get
  • Workbooks and follow-up material so the thinking survived the journey home
03 / Multi-city partner seriesDealer meet

One message, five cities.

A channel programme delivered as a single series rather than five separate events, keeping the business content, the recognition format and the hospitality standard identical wherever a partner happened to attend.

  • One playbook, one production kit and one core crew travelling the series
  • Travel manifests, transfers and room allocation handled centrally
  • Recognition segments with criteria published in advance
  • Consistent reporting across cities, so performance could be compared
04 / Exhibition presenceExhibition

Impossible to miss.

An exhibitor stand planned around conversations rather than footfall, with the visitor journey, staffing brief and lead capture designed before the fabrication drawings were approved.

  • Stand layout built around demonstration flow and conversation zones
  • Fabrication, freight, power and rigging managed to a locked budget
  • Staff briefed on who to approach, what to say and what to record
  • Lead capture set up in advance, so the numbers existed on day one
A note on these

Why you will not find client logos here.

A good deal of our work is internal, commercially sensitive or covered by confidentiality. Rather than decorate this page with logos we cannot explain, we describe the problem, the decisions and what changed. If you would like specifics relevant to your own brief—including references you can call—ask us and we will share what we are permitted to share.

Tell us what you are planning and we will tell you how we would approach it.
